AirSpiel are a 3 piece indie-disco outfit and new boys to the London scene. Originally hailing from Glasgow, the band have enjoyed massive success on the Scottish live circuit as well as securing countless sales of their previous album from as far afield as Japan and Australia.
Beginning as a ‘traditional’ indie band back in 2006, their highlights from the past 3 ½ years included supporting Deacon Blue and The Saw Doctors. AirSpiel are far more than a live band, having secured various slots of daytime national and regional radio as well as a Radio2 spot with Steve Lamacq.
Despite their great success the band have decided to take the leap and head towards their true calling - the pulsating upbeat and impossibly catchy sounds of Indie Disco. The new sound is already been hailed a success by fans and industry alike and the band are looking forward to repeating and increasing their success from north of the border right here in London.
